JEN ENCOURAGES YOU TO FOLLOW YOUR DESIRES - GET OUT OF THE BOX AND INTO LIFE

Mentorship - Working together

I start by meeting you where you are at. From here I hold SPACE for you, relate and educate, using a variety of modalities. Above all, I LISTEN to what you do not say, I SEE what you do not show and I FEEL what is required of you to feel.

Life is so much more than what we give our attention to. Often it is our GREATNESS that we are most afraid of.

We must understand and IDENTIFY who we are at our core, on a SOUL level. Only then do we appreciate the skills, tools and knowledge we hold to CONQUER what CHALLENGES us, face that which SCARES us and rejoice in what EXCITES us.

Working together is a PARTNERSHIP that takes two. Personal GROWTH and discovery is not for the faint-hearted.

If you are reading this, then this IS for you. Take the leap, do the thing that you WILL thank yourself for. The GREATEST gift we can give ourselves is to truly KNOW who we are.

WHO IS JEN V ?

Hospitality

  • I had a goal at 14 to buy a fancy swimming costume from a shop in Double Bay, Sydney. Mum said, “Well, best you get a job”. By 22 I was managing a Restaurant, writing training manuals and training staff

  • Was in my element as an owner/operator of my inspirational coffee business, “Soul satisfying coffee”

  • My beautiful friends and I handwrote inspirational quotes on thousands of coffee lids for corporate events, private functions, Beef Week, and sporting events. It wasn’t always about the coffee, rather to inspire

  • Got a “piece of paper” a Diploma of Hospitality, to be able to pass on knowledge and experience as an Assessor/Trainer, to others, at certificate level, it wasn’t about the piece of paper

  • Soared the skies with QANTAS as a flight attendant, domestic and long haul having the time of my life.

Defence Force

  • Served in the Army at 2/17 RNSWR, 176 Air Dispatch, 2CER Enoggera, drove buses in Malaysia, drove trucks, rode horses, operated 40T articulated forklift, instructor in transport, and liaison person/translator while on deployment. It was about the people. Camaraderie, purpose, discipline, thrived, Soldier of the year. Best years.

Mothering

  • Devoted myself entirely to my family. Moved to South Kalimantan, Indonesia with my husband and four-month-old son, gave birth to our second son in Banjarmasin, immersing ourselves in the culture and way of life, living abroad

  • Lost who I was, isolated and alone

As kids started school

  • Purchased two landscaping and mowing business’ as well as a mobile coffee business, working on the ground with our team

Life change

  • Through some tough, life changing experiences we sold up

  • My focus on life, once again, became family

  • Being together, supporting each other and for me having a greater influence on how my kids grow up became THE most important part in my life

  • Within 3 months we had sold our dream home by the beach, our businesses, cars, 90% of our belongings, found a run down boat in Darwin, the “renovator’s delight” packed the rest of our life in a shipping container for storage and home schooled aboard “Soul Explorer” a 40T steel power boat travelling the high seas

My true purpose

  • To support and be of service to women, mothering, through Mentoring, as she rides her waves of life

  • After some years of diving deep within me, doing the uncomfortable inner work, excavating, peeling back the layers, scraping out the wounds through sweat and tears, forgiveness and clarity, I have arrived

  • To soulfully support women in discovering their unique identity, purpose and passion”

  • Offering soul led emotional support

Life suddenly became very uncertain and the experience of “Identity” again, surfaced.

Fast forward three years to today, the waves we rode on the ocean were at times, massive, rough, and disrupted all that I thought I knew not only about myself but my family around me.

The situations we found ourselves in, the animals and the few people we did meet along the way was more than a life “experience”.

Along with calm waters, the sun rises and sun sets brought the peace and freedom one can only imagine or read about if one has not the privilege of living, yet.

Living so far out of your comfort zone, removed from communication for days at a time, family, friends, securities and even land, brings with it, this becoming, this part of you that you have not yet met, a growth, an immersion that can only be felt through living it.

Through the many re-births, re-discoveries, evolutions, inventions, and discoveries of myself, over these past 47 years, was all about getting to ‘know’ me. How do we ever ‘know’ ourselves while we are always shedding, peeling, re-birthing, growing, and evolving in the many facets of our lives, physically, spiritually, emotionally and from heart?

What I have discovered is in having the resources to take the deep dive into my safe place where I hear, see, and feel, where I am at in this moment in time, is all I need. From here I’m solid, stable and safe. I know me!

As we grow, we can again, take a deep dive to see, hear and feel, all of us.

It is from this knowing who we are in this moment, frees us to be able to take the leap, make the decision and have the understanding that our answers to the questions we so desire, are not from anybody else, rather, are already within us.
